Professor Martha Woodmansee was appointed co-director of the International Society for the History and Theory of Intellectual Property, a scholarly organization devoted to the study of comparative and international IP law.
Publication
Professor Jacqueline Lipton had an article, “Cyberspace, Exceptionalism, and Innocent Copyright Infringement,” published in Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law Vol. 13, 767 (2011).
Teaching
Professor Irina Manta taught a course on “TRIPS, Patents, and Public Health” at the George Washington IP Summer Program in Munich in July 2011.
