Kenneth L. Marcus, founder and president of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, will address the recent upsurge in anti-Semitism, globally and domestically, as well as the legal tools that are available to fight it.
Kenneth L. Marcus
Marcus is the author of The Definition of Anti-Semitism and Jewish Identity and Civil Rights in America. He served as Staff Director at the United States Commission on Civil Rights and was delegated the authority of Assistant Secretary of Education for Civil Rights and Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.
